Every year, Appco UK’s in-house contact centre makes more than 200,000 welcome calls to new customers and donors.

The contact centre is integral to our commitment to quality face-to-face sales and fundraising, and is focused on improving the quality of our sales for clients and enhancing the customer experience.

Our contact centre agents call all new donors to thank them and confirm their commitment. And all donors over the age of 75 are contacted, before their ongoing donation is processed, to ensure:

  • the fundraiser explained the campaign clearly and accurately
  • the donor understands the long-term, ongoing nature of their commitment and is happy to proceed.
