RSPCA visit gives fundraisers insight to the business
Ten Field Representatives gained an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at the RSCPA’s national control centre in Sheffield during a recent visit.
The visit gave the Field Representatives the chance to witness first-hand the type of calls the RSPCA handles. These include worries and concerns from members of the public and complaints around animal cruelty.
“It was a great opportunity for both teams to see how the work they do fits together,” said Bob Evans, Call Centre Operations Manager.
“It was fantastic to meet a group of enthusiastic and engaging people who are like-minded and passionate about the cause of animal welfare. Well done and thank you to them all.”
